Then you’d better have a closer look before submitting such issue: this
file is even rebuild during the package build… Failing to do so, I’d
suggest you let maintainers handling their allegedly sourceless files
themselves, thanks to the new Lintian warning, and come back latter with a
properly handled MBF (i.e. actually following the documented procedure
[0]).
