The package rubygems is going away

It was needed on by ruby1.8 since newer versions of the interpreter ship
it, and ruby1.8 is deprecated and is going to be removed.
Please update your dependencies to remove rubygems. Please also consider
replacing the dependency on ruby1.9.1 (which will also soon go away) by
the default ruby interpreter: ruby | ruby-interpreter
