Hi Andreas, my recommendation is to disable this test for 1.4.1.

If you go to the build log for i386 at https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=seqan&arch=i386&ver=1.4.1-2&stamp=1386115036 and seek for 10/80 Test #10: app_test_splazers you find a failure. I'm attaching a build log from my amd64 machine which also ends up in failures. Do you have any recommendation (besides simply deactivating the tests in the build process)? Kind regards Andreas.
