I've got the same problem here. In detail I get the following errors when
trying to install kdelibs4-dev:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
kdelibs4-dev: Depends: libarts1-dev (>= 1.4.2) but it is not going to be
installed
Depends: libopenexr-dev (>= 1.2.2-3) but it is not going to be
installed
I don't know how to manually resolve these problems, and even if I could
the buildd would fail anyway.
I'll ask around and keep you informed.
