Doing further checks (also with aptitude) all actions to remove or
install packages fail.
Trying to remove apt-listbugs (to remove ruby-gettext after that) give
the same error message.

Hi!
gettext 3.0.0 dropped support for Ruby 1.8. Unfortunataly, apt-listbugs
currently depends on ruby1.8.
Support for ruby1.8 was reintroduced by ruby-gettet/3.0.0-2.
This is a temporary hack. Ruby 1.8 is going away from Debian:
<http://release.debian.org/transitions/html/ruby1.8-removal.html>
Severity of #432200 was raised accordingly.
