Control: severity -1 normal Control: tags -1 +pending I have found a fix. The situation was that the public key was unusable for encryption, as it was expired. Refreshing the key fixed the problem, so this is purely a usability issue.
I have fixed the error handling in git, this will be part of the
upcoming 0.9 release.
In the meantime I am downgrading the severity because this affects only
weird corner cases.
