Hi,
python-heat is not installable in sid since it depends on
python-sqlalchemy (< 0.8).
However, the version of python-sqlalchemy available in sid is 0.8.2-1.
The dependency seems to be created at package build time through the
${python:Depends} variable, but since this is architecture=all a
sourcefull upload seems to be required.
