Dear maintainer, python-quantum(=2013.1.2-2) is not installable in sid on any architecture since it depends on python-sqlalchemy (<< 0.8). However, sqlalchemy version 0.8.2-1 was accepted in sid on July 6. Looking at the quantum package, a rebuild of quantum will probably do, but since this looks like a rather complex package I'd prefer if you handled this.
