In an archive rebuild, PyXPlot FTBFS because pstricks is unusable. PyXPlot has
a very large set of manuals... but the problem is trivially reproduced by the

(btw perhaps this would be another nice situation where autopkgtest/DEP8 tests
could be added to the package to make sure it is functional -- that might make
it easier to spot breakage due to texlive transitions)
