That's indeed weird. I've now added libpackage-stash-xs-perl in a chroot (after libvideo-fourcc-info-perl was failing there), and the funny warnings are gone. AFAICS, libpackage-stash-perl is installed because: # aptitude why libpackage-stash-perl i pbuilder-satisfydepends-dummy Depends libdatetime-perl i A libdatetime-perl Depends libdatetime-timezone-perl i A libdatetime-timezone-perl Depends libclass-load-perl i A libclass-load-perl Depends libpackage-stash-perl (>= 0.14) so it's not related to libvideo-fourcc-info-perl or libtest-nowarnings-perl. Coming back to the error: 'Name "Package::Stash::qualify" used only once:' --> % grep -r qualify libpackage-stash-perl/* libvideo-fourcc-info-perl/* libtest-nowarnings-perl/* libvideo-fourcc-info-perl/LICENSE: you do not qualify to receive new licenses for the same material under Hu? 'Name "Package::Stash::BROKEN_GLOB_ASSIGNMENT"' --> % grep -r BROKEN_GLOB_ASSIGNMENT libpackage-stash-perl/* libvideo-fourcc-info-perl/* libtest-nowarnings-perl/* libpackage-stash-perl/lib/Package/Stash/PP.pm:use constant BROKEN_GLOB_ASSIGNMENT => ($] < 5.013004); libpackage-stash-perl/lib/Package/Stash/PP.pm: if BROKEN_GLOB_ASSIGNMENT; libpackage-stash-perl/lib/Package/Stash/PP.pm: if (BROKEN_GLOB_ASSIGNMENT) { libpackage-stash-perl/lib/Package/Stash/PP.pm: if (BROKEN_GLOB_ASSIGNMENT || !$self->_is_anon) { Better. Last data point: If I install libpackage-stash-perl_0.33-1_all.deb in the chroot, the tests pass ... Reassigning to Package::Stash now (not that this solves the problem). Cheers, gregor -- .''`.
