Bug#644571: wxwidgets2.8 and libgnomeprint

I see that libwxgtk2.8 no longer depends on libgnomeprint, but only suggests it. 
That is absolutely great. Only thing remaining is removing the build dependency 
so that it doesn't ftbfs when libgnomeprint is removed.
