tt-rss needs simplepie to do anything with RSS feeds, AFAICT. But the
package does not have a Depends, or even a Recommends or Suggests on
libphp-simplepie. Without that package, I cannot subscribe to or download
any feeds. Doing anything like that produces errors like this in the apache
error log:
