Because I'm in the Settings dialog at this time, not in the main window.
Even the Javascript console gives me the same error.

Even with all extra plugins disabled (Gnome Shell integration and
Timezone definitions), it does not work.
However I found another menu entry to get to the Sieve script entries in
the Tools menu. This one seems to work.
