Justification: renders package unusable
Hello,
when trying to create metapackages sources using `make dist` the Debian
mirror can not be found when using the default configuration files
delivered with the blends-dev package. The reason is that the mirror
location is lacking the final debian/ directory (this used to work
formerly but it does not any more.)
A patch is available in Blends Git repository.
