Bug#661789: grub-common: load_video required for linux on UEFI

I have GRUB_GFXPAYLOAD_LINUX="1280x1024x32" in /etc/default/grub and it is
enough to get load_video in the config, probably it should have some sane
default value on UEFI systems.
