This was already there.

The postinst sets umask 077.

However, I realized that I forgot to handle the case where the template
is modified, and merge these changes within the file under /etc. This is
not really an issue right now because the template did not change
between squeeze and wheezy. I guess ucf(1) could do the trick, I
hesitate to make a new upload. What's your opinion?
