The reason why this source package does not build in wheezy is that bug
#632183 (missing maven repo info in the bouncycastle package) is not
fixed in wheezy.
Wheezy has bouncycastle 1.44+dfsg-2 and the bug was fixed in
bouncycastle 1.44+dfsg-3 already in July of 2011.
This issue affects other packages too and an unblock request for
bouncycastle 1.44+dfsg-3.1 exists (bug 684963).
