Package: krazy2
Severity: serious

The information in debian/copyright is incomplete. Here are a few random
examples :

cppchecks/gui/symboltreemodel.cc
cppchecks/cplusplus/parser/SemanticCheck.h
cppchecks/cplusplus/cppmodel/cpppreprocessor.h
helpers/stripComments.pl
share/kxmlgui.xsd
testdata/extras/c++/defines/krepagelayout.cpp
testdata/plugins/c++/dpointer/geometrybuffer.h

I guess that the files copyrighted by Jane Doe and Joe Hacker without license
have no use so they can be removed.
http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/best-pkging-practices.html#bpp-origtargz

I read this in debian/copyright :

  |  Files under testdata/ subdirectory:
  | These files may have different licenses than GPLv2 while others may not
have
  | copyright information, however, while most of these files are source code,
they
  | play the role of 'data' in this program and are not linked into the whole
program
  | nor used by the program to work. Therefore, Krazy is effectively GPLv2 or
later.

Please document the copyright and license information for the files in
testdata/ as well. Anyhow it is not true that krazy2 would entirely be
"effectively GPLv2 or later".
