Hi Kjetil, IMHO the important bit in that email is "I just need to rework a few modules that currently depend on it." - that is, there are other modules in Debian that still depend on RDF::TrineShortcuts, and until those have been changed and uploaded, librdf-trineshortcuts-perl cannot be removed in isolation. Also, that rework may happen later this year, or next year or whenever, and while no-one should start a new project based on RDF::TrineShortcuts due to the deprecation, the module is apparently bug-free and doing its job today as much as it did a year or two ago. Packages that currently depend on librdf-trineshortcuts-perl are: librdf-microturtle-perl libhttp-lrdd-perl I'm leaving this bug open, so that when RDF::TrineShortcuts actually is deleted from CPAN after the reverse dependencies have been changed, we'll know what to do.
