Yes it seems it was a transient issue for the rdfind build on s390 arch only. indeed the build output looked really strange. First of all: No it does not mean that the package will be removed from all archs. It means something like "Please give back the package to the s390 builds to try to build again". See the wanna-build readme for details[1]. Btw, Philipp Kern gived the package already back on s390 and now it builds fine.
