your package depends on both libpython2.6 and python2.7. That seems wrong. Apparently the python version is hardcoded in Makefile.Linux, so the executable loads libpython2.6. But the postinst calls 'pycompile -p makehuman /usr/share/makehuman -V 2.7' which means .py files are byte-compiled for 2.7.
