This contains the same sort of broken copyright file as shc and matanza. It claims the package is copyright Craig Small; it's not, it's copyright David Young (and possibly others; I don't know since I didn't look at all the code). It says "This package has many utilities that are GPL or close to GPL code." "Close to GPL code" doesn't mean anything, and it's not an acceptable license. I wasn't able to get a clean download, so I can't tell you what the actual license terms are. Please improve your skills for proper 'copyright' file handling before uploading any more packages.
