The newly uploaded 6.5.4 has a new option, which may be applicable in
your case. From the docs:
> createfolders

From above error message, I recommend you try adding disabling
createfolders on the remote UpsilonImaps repository like so:
[Repository UpsilonImaps]
createfolders = False
