Btw, I generally support the idea of adding systemd support, especially
shipping .service files.

As for session tracking via systemd-logind: We do have several
components in the GNOME stack which currently depend on ConsoleKit for
session tracking but can be built with systemd-logind support.
Not all of them support a runtime fallback, i.e. if you enable systemd
support, ConsoleKit support will be disabled.
That's why we decided to stay with ConsoleKit session tracking for
wheezy for all our packages within the GNOME team, as systemd-logind
requires systemd to PID 1, and we didn't want to enforce such a change
short before the wheezy freeze :-)
We will re-evaluate this decission once wheezy+1 is open for development.

Btw, I'm running systemd myself and never experienced the crash in
libaccountsservice so far. I'm wondering if #673185 affects people not
running systemd?
