Dear Maintainer,
After bump to version 10.x a link provided to iceowl is lost in which
case iceowl is broken. A quick fix is to reintroduce a link similar to
the link for icedove and thunderbird. Eg.

Iceowl is being removed from unstable. The version in experimental ships
it's own timezone pacakge.
