I have only had few time to give it a pick to this bug. It seems to be related to the use of -pie at link time (LDFLAGS). This setting seems to come from ``fltk-config --ldflags'', which for amd64 gives the following output: $ fltk-config --ldflags -L/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu -fPIE -pie -Wl,-z,relro -Wl,-z,now -lfltk I just have not had the time to find out why linking with -pie is broken.
