Confirmed. I didn't properly understand the ramifications of this small CMake tweak :-/ For the short term: I'm going to revert to using ITK's own VXL for ITK 3, as soon as svn.debian.org returns from the dead. In the long term: switching to system VXL will have to be handled by a formal transition with help from the release team for rebuilds. -Steve
