Bug#654638: Acknowledgement (php5: Source build error with 'fix-memory-leak-inside-highlight_string.patch does not remove cleanly')

Workaround:  'QUILT_PATCHES=debian/patches quilt refresh' executed in 
php5-5.3.3 directory.
