Builds of haskell-clocked in minimal environments, such as on the
autobuilders, are failing:

hlibrary.setup: At least the following dependencies are missing:
clock -any
make: *** [dist-ghc] Error 1
Could you please add libghc-clock-{dev,prof} to Build-Depends and
libghc-clock-doc to Build-Depends-Indep, and check with pbuilder or
the like that nothing else is missing?
