hi martin, just to update you and others what the situation is:
christian prepared an update for woody which unfortunately didn't get to joey in time to hold of on the *other* security update. ah well. anyway, i've merged the patches into the latest security upload version http://people.debian.org/~seanius/mysql/woody/mysql_3.23.49-8.15.diff.gz i'll do the same with the affected sarge versions either tonight or tomorrow. sean
