637397 indicates the following issue 'paraview and python-vtk: error when trying to install together". And this bug is fixed in 3.10.1-2, maybe by a "brute" way but fixed.
Cleaning paraview from vtk-files is an another issue, so it should be definitely another bug not to mix the problems. I do not think, this issue is a serious bug and should be a blocker, because it does not break anything like an initial 637397. So, please, consider closing 637397 and opening a new, lower one.
