As well as the issue mentioned in this bug report I found two other
issues that were preventing successfull build.
Patches for all three issues and a new 00list file to apply them in the
right order (the package uses dpatch) are attatched.
Note that since I don't use collectd (i'm just doing flyby rc bug
squashing) the functionality of the packages built with theese patches
has not been tested.
