It wasn't in 0.6.1.2 and now jquery.js contains the source for a
different version of jquery:
$ head -n2 jsonbot-0.7.1b1/jsb/upload/assets/{jquery-1.2.6.min.js,jquery.js}
==> jsonbot-0.7.1b1/jsb/upload/assets/jquery-1.2.6.min.js <==
/*
* jQuery 1.2.6 - New Wave Javascript
==> jsonbot-0.7.1b1/jsb/upload/assets/jquery.js <==
/*!
* jQuery JavaScript Library v1.5.1
The joys of not building everything during build...
If you don't want to switch to using libjs-jquery, please add your
package to the list of embedded code copies[1].
