Sorry with no data I mean the select box is empty! No data/zimezone/whatever
You can still set the pref (see previous mail).

For further debugging it would make more sense to remove all other
extensions or test with a fresh account since your icedove installation
seems to have other issues.

Exactly the same also on my amd64 desktop:
