I removed it because it wasn't ready when we needed to migrate OCaml. Now OCaml migrated, haxe will migrate again as soon as it's fixed everywhere (e.g. on kfeeebsd-*). Besides, I don't see any reason to exclude haxe from kfeebsd-*, it should be able to build again (somehow).
