squeeze and wheezy contain python-gobject 2.21.4+is.2.21.3-1 and 2.28.3-2, respectively. Both of these versions provide python2.5-gobject. I'm applying the sid tag for now so that this bug is removed from the list of release-critical bugs affecting squeeze.
