libpam-modules are compiles against libdb4.8 in unstable and testing and they should be moving to lidb5.1 soon. Hence it doesn't affect pam in unstable+testing anymore. libdb4.7 is moving to oldlibs and is to be deprecated. Tagging this bug as squeeze only and will fix it if upstream will fix it, otherwise it will die with libdb4.7 after wheezy where db4.7-util will be provided only for dumping old databases...
