Package: gringotts
Version: 1.2.8+1.2.9pre1-8
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

hi,

I don't know if it's just me, my kernel or the new gnome (but I doubt
the latter) but gringotts in testing fails to start. once again :-/.
I start it like this:

,----
| $ gringotts
`----

or like this:

,----
| $ gringotts -f ~/passwds.grg
`----

and all I get is this:

,----
| (process:11198): gringotts-CRITICAL **: Increase the memory locking
| limit to at least 51200000 bytes. Current limit: 32768 bytes.
`----

but fear not! in order to provide you with more information I thought
I'd try it with strace...

,----
| $ strace gringotts -f ~/passwds.grg
`----

and what do my weary eyes see? gringotts in all its beauty (and more
important: my passwords)!

I googled for the gringotts-CRITICAL message to no avail.

If I can do anything to help you (e.g. strace output, which I did not
include here because it's veeeeeeeeeery much and beacaus it does work
under strace or anything else) please let me know.

greetings
