libdb2 doesn't seem to have a postrm script that would run ldconfig, meaning that after libdb2-dev is installed, and libdb2, libdb2-util, and libdb2-dev are removed, there is a /usr/lib/libdb2.so.2 dangling symlink on the filesystem.
