thanks. This seems to be related to #616494, and anyone looking for related discussion should have a look there. There ought to be a single cause for this "undefined reference to symbol 'sem_open@@GLIBC_2.3'", and it’s not the package whose build failed. We are monitoring it, so you don’t have to file bugs about this. I just uploaded ghc-7.0.2 which should have this fixed by upstream. So we just need to make sure that this version of ghc is built once successfully on each architecture.
