After today's update of libc6, from libc6 2.13-0exp2 to 2.13-0exp3
simutrans starts normally and test program:

{
int ret = SDL_InitSubSystem(SDL_INIT_AUDIO);
if (ret == -1)
puts("SDL_InitSubSystem failed.");
puts("SDL_InitSubSystem(SDL_INIT_AUDIO) done.");

works correctly.
$ ./sdl-test
SDL_InitSubSystem(SDL_INIT_AUDIO) done.
