You do know, that you can just close bugs without uploads by sending a mail to <bugnumger>-d...@bugs.debian.org, if proper (like in this case) also containing a "Version: foobar" header? Do you also know, that your package hasn't migrate to testing? Do you also know, that we are in a freeze, and therefore changes like moving from cdbs to DH and Quilt 3.0 are quite discouraged?
