It's been fixed in git since July. I have held up on uploading a new version due to having a number of changes in git which haven't had widespread testing, and since we are in a freeze I didn't want to risk any breakage. I can upload to experimental to get some testing if you like. I just merged in all the pending buildd branch updates, and TTBOMK all the changes above have been in use on the buildds for a while, so it may not be as risky as I implied--I'll double check.
