Package: terminal.app Version: 0.9.4+cvs20051125-5.1 Severity: grave Tags: upstream fixed-upstream
Hi Gürkan, Following our private conversation, I'm filing this bug to ensure terminal.app doesn't slip into squeeze without the fix. The package is unusable with all of the fixed-width fonts I've tried. Either half of the row gets stripped making the text unreadable, or glyphs get utterly messed up. TTBOMK, this is fixed both in upstream proper (sv.gnu.org/p/backbone) and the forked Terminal at GAP (sv.gnu.org/p/gap). I'll try to extract/backport a patch if you don't beat me to it. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-5-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=bg_BG.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=bg_BG.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages terminal.app depends on: ii gnustep-back0.18 0.18.0-2 The GNUstep GUI Backend ii gnustep-base-runtime 1.20.1-4 GNUstep Base library - daemons and ii gnustep-gpbs 0.18.0-2 The GNUstep PasteBoard Server ii gnustep-gui-runtime 0.18.0-4 GNUstep GUI Library - runtime file ii libc6 2.11.2-2 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libgcc1 1:4.4.4-8 GCC support library ii libgnustep-base1.20 1.20.1-4 GNUstep Base library ii libgnustep-gui0.18 0.18.0-4 GNUstep GUI Library ii libobjc2 4.4.4-8 Runtime library for GNU Objective- terminal.app recommends no packages. terminal.app suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-rc-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
