gretl produces uninstallable packages when it is binNMUed. This recently happened for the mpfr -> mpfr4 transition. The generated gretl package has a dependency on "gretl-common (>= 1.9.1-1+b1)" which cannot be satisfied as gretl-common is architecture-independent and therefore not rebuilt for binNMUs.
