Package: gdb
Version: 7.1-1
Severity: serious

Hi,

on trying to build gdb, the buildd freezes (mundy) or gets rebooted
(alkman). This package was tried 3 times on mundy and 1 time on
alkman. The log files ends with (please note that this may not be the
last real line - the machine gets rebooted):

This turned out to be a kernel bug, which has been fixed upstream in
commit 62eede62dafb4a6633eae7ffbeb34c60dba5e7b1, which ended up in
2.6.35 and which is scheduled for 2.6.32.18.

The Debian is #588574. I've send a mail to give back the build once the
kernel on the buildd has been updated.

Cheers,
        Moritz
