This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.

Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

gettext 0.18 and later have been in unstable for some time, but I used
this bug to artificially keep it out of testing, as the new handling
of autopoint broke a bunch of packages.
There was only one remaining bug to fix, but the package (e16) has
also other RC-bugs, so I'm skipping that one.
I'm finally closing this bug so that gettext 0.18.1.1-1 propagates to
testing.
