It states "0.4", but shoudn't I have a file
/usr/lib/cli/Mono.Addins.Setup-0.2/policy.0.4.Mono.Addins.Setup.dll
(with _0.4_) ?

So maybe there is a versioning bug in libmono-addins0.2-cil ?

I cannot reproduce this on a squeeze box. Can you please show me the output of: There is no policy file required as the version of Mono.Addins.Setup is (should be) 0.4.
