The /usr/include/kpathsea/str-llist.h defines "str_llist_elt_type",
but before it does that, it calls include:
#include <kpathsea/types.h>
The <kpathsea/types.h> needs "str_llist_elt_type", the which in my
understanding isn't defined yet. Thus:
/usr/include/kpathsea/types.h:66: error: expected
specifier-qualifier-list before 'str_llist_type'

It's pretty sad that both this and str-list exist; the reason is
that C cannot express iterators very well, and I don't want to change
all the for loops.
