Maybe a month or 2 ago after an upgrade I got these problems: 1) The window title bars have disappeared, including close, maximize, minimize buttons. 2) The windows got ugly thick borders. Fortunately with these borders I could drag the windows (with the left mouse button), close them (middle button) and resize them (right button). Appearently due to these borders the panel is now partially off the screen at the bottom. 3) Alt-tab window switching no longer works.
